TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before you agree to dog waste

removal services from On Time Scoopers.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE (revised 02/22/22)

On Time Scoopers is an independently owned and operated business (“us,” “we”

or “our”) that provides pet-waste removal services to residences, businesses and

commercial properties, you agree to the following terms of service (“Terms”) that govern

the sales and services provided by us (“Services”). By accepting the Services you hire

us for, you are bound to these Terms.

The customer understands our ability to provide the Services can be dependent on

weather, condition of grass height, access to your yard which is your own responsibility,

and other unknown outside influences.

DOG WASTE REMOVAL SERVICE

On Time Scoopers offers residential and commercial pet waste removal services.

These services include One Time Clean, Weekly, Every Other Week, Two Times A Week, Three Times A Week Cleaning. We are contracted to clean GRASS AREAS and it is up to the customer to inform us if there are other non-grass areas the dog goes on, such as patios, decks, and/or dirt areas. We have a minimum service charge of $13.50 for any visit. All pricing is based on an area size of an 1/8th of an acre. Larger areas will have an additional charge. If you would like your front yard cleaned also, this will be an additional charge, based on size. There is a first time clean up fee of $45 plus $25 per additional 5 gallon bucket that we remove.

GRAVEL OR STONES

If the area that we are cleaning has gravel or stones, an additional fee of $2 per visit will apply.

ACCESSING YOUR YARD

The Customer understands that if On Time Scoopers can’t access the area

needing cleaning due to locked/blocked/frozen gates or dogs in the yard; the scoop will

be skipped and charges will still apply. Please ensure that no aggressive dogs are in the yard on the day/time of scooping.  If we come to your house and cannot access your yard due to a locked gate or your dog will not allow us, we will skip your visit for that week and try again on your next scheduled visit. You will still be charged for the visit. On Time Scoopers suggests adding gate combinations or lock keys to your file to avoid locked gates.

WEATHER POLICY

On Time Scoopers will work through the rain and cold as long as we can safely

do so. The customer understands we cannot work through severe thunderstorms, high

winds (+25mph), extreme high or low temperatures, flooding or an accumulation of snow.

On Time Scoopers is a MONTHLY subscription service. We do not offer refunds

for missed weeks due to weather. Therefore in these cases, we will skip service for that

week, and see you the following week. A refund will not be issued as we still have to

pick up all of the poop that would have been scooped the prior week. If you need the

area cleaned before your next scheduled service, please call us and we will do our best

to accommodate, but cannot guarantee it. Additionally, we do not want to tear up your

yard in any way. If it is really muddy, we may skip your yard and wait until the next

scheduled visit when things have dried out.

In the event that you want to be put on hold for the winter months, you must call or email the office the minimum 3 days prior to your scoop day to inform us.  Please be advised that there will be a Spring Clean-up fee upon your re-start – and most winter accumulations can exceed ten buckets of waste, which gets expensive. And once you go on hold, the customers that stayed with us during the winter months will have priority clean-ups when the snow melts. For that reason, we don’t recommend putting your account on hold. The fact is, our standard winter policy works in your favor.

HOLIDAYS

On Time Scoopers does not provide services on the following holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. If your pick up day falls on one of these days, we will skip service that week and pick up the following week. There are no refunds for a missed pick up. We still have to do the work and pick up all of the poop from the week prior.

BILLING

On Time Scoopers pre bills monthly for our service. Your account will be charged

on the 1st of the month for service. If your card is declined, we will discontinue service

immediately until the issue has been resolved. If more than 30 days have passed since

your last clean up, a first time clean up fee will be applied. We will only pause service

for periods of 30 days. If service does not resume after the 30 day period you will be

removed from the schedule.  If more than 30 days has passed since your last clean up, a first time clean up fee will apply. If you cancel before the end of the billing period, no refunds will be issued.

LEAVES, DEBRIS AND TALL GRASS

We will always do our best to clean your yard the best that we can. We understand that

maintaining your yard is a lot of work and it may not always be in the best shape. The

customer understands that it can be very difficult to find dog poop in tall grass or in a

yard full of leaves or other debris. If your grass is tall when we come, there may be

some dog waste that is missed. We will be back on our next scheduled visit and will get

anything that was missed if yard maintenance is complete. If you find an excessive

ADDITIONAL FEES

The following are items we charge extra for:

Cleaning dog waste from rocks/gravel ($2/visit)

Yards bigger than 1/8 of an acre (based on size) or addition of front yard for cleaning

Large Dogs ($2/each dog/visit)

Gated Community ($2/visit)

ONE TIME CLEAN-UPS

One Time Clean-ups are $45.00 per 5-gallon scoop bucket. There is a 1 Bucket Non-Refundable Deposit which is due before we come. Additional buckets will be charged after the service is completed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel at any time giving On Time Scoopers 5 business days written notice. If you cancel before the end of the billing period, no refunds will be given.

SERVICE HOLDS

You may put your service on hold provided you give On Time Scoopers 5 business days written notice.

PRIVACY POLICY

We may collect personal information from you on our Sites or through any other digital

or personal communication with you. Information collected by us is voluntarily provided

by you and may include information such as your name, email address, phone number,

and physical address. Our Sites may collect general information about the service you

are requesting such as the type of property and area needing service, the type and

number of pets you have, and general information about your pet’s behavior.

We collect information about you in order to provide you with our services. We use

personal information about our users for a variety of purposes related to our business,

your information is for On Time Scoopers use only. We will never sell your

information or send it to third parties.

We may provide user information to third-party service providers or vendors for

purposes of, including without limitation, processing your payments or sending

information to you, data tracking, maintenance or development of our System. We may

also share your personal information in connection with law enforcement requests or in

response to investigations, subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes to

establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims or as otherwise

required by law.

REVISIONS

On Time Scoopers provides the above Services to you subject to the Terms,

which may be amended from time to time without notice to you. Amendments will be

effective upon our posting of such updated Terms to our website. We recommend you

visit the Sites to review any changes in our practices. Your continued use of our

Services shall constitute acceptance to any changes to the Terms. Some of the

provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or

notices published elsewhere on our site.
